Shipping Within the US

We offer free economy shipping for domestic orders over $350.

For orders under $350, we offer ground and express shipping options. Rates and delivery times depend on the shipping address, which is displayed upon checkout.

Orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days.

Shipping Outside the US

For international orders, we offer flat-fee shipping based on your region, which is displayed upon checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, customs and import duties (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package on top of our shipping cost. 

Returns

All dāl items shipped within the US (with the exception of bodysuits) can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a domestic return, please follow the instructions in the section below.

International orders/Orders shipped outside of the US are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging and tags to receive a refund. Worn pieces or pieces that do not come with original packaging and tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.

Bodysuits and items that are worn close to the body are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

All returns will include a 7% restocking fee, which will not exceed $20. Please ensure that the piece is carefully folded when returning it. This fee will be deducted from the final refund/store credit value, before a size or color exchange is sent out. 

Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

All sale items discounted 20% off or greater are final sale.

Certain items in our inventory are available for purchase through Pre-Order, allowing you to secure your order before the product is officially released or restocked. When you choose to Pre-Order a product, the estimated shipping time will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

For items that are not on Pre-Order, we strive to complete the shipping process within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. However, please note that with Pre-Order products, there may be a certain deviation in timing, which can result in the product arriving either earlier or slightly later than the estimated shipping time provided.

We will provide regular updates via email, ensuring that you stay informed about any changes or delays that may occur during the Pre-Order process.

Please note that full payment is required for all Pre-Order items at the time of purchase. This helps us ensure that your order is secured and can be processed promptly once the product becomes available.
